Haldimand Racquet Club Haldimand Racquet Club is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization. Fees collected help cover gym rental, equipment, insurance, administrative costs, and other operating expenses. For this reason, refunds are limited, and credits will generally be offered where appropriate. Drop-In Fees Drop-in fees are non-refundable once a player has attended or checked in for a session. If a player pays in advance but is unable to attend, a credit may be offered at the club’s discretion, provided the club is notified before the session begins. Monthly Passes Monthly passes are non-refundable once the month has begun. If a player is unable to attend due to illness, injury, or other significant circumstances, the club may offer a partial credit toward a future month or program. Credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Youth Programs Youth program fees are non-refundable once the program has started. If a child is unable to continue due to illness, injury, or exceptional circumstances, the club may offer a credit toward a future program, depending on the amount of notice given and the number of sessions remaining. Club Cancellations If the club must cancel a session due to school closure, facility issues, weather, staffing, or other circumstances outside of our control, the club will make reasonable efforts to provide one of the following: a make-up session a credit toward a future session, pass, or program another reasonable accommodation Refunds will only be considered if a credit or make-up session is not practical. No-Shows Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for refund or credit. Credits Credits have no cash value and may only be used toward future Haldimand Racquet Club programs, passes, or drop-in sessions. Credits must be used within 12 months unless otherwise approved by the club. Exceptions The club reserves the right to review special circumstances individually. Decisions will be made in the best interest of both the participant and the sustainability of the non-profit club.
